The participant is responsible for :
1.    Applicant  must be willing to abide by the house rules of your  host family and the laws of the community.
       各家庭、地域においてルール、法律は必ず守ること。
2.    Applicant who smokes is to do so only outside the house unless given permission.
       喫煙はホストファミリーの許可がない限り屋外で吸う。
3.    Overseas phone calls must always be made collect or  by  phone card.
       国際電話は必ずコレクトコール又は、テレホンカードを使用する。
4.    Drinking alcoholic beverages  is prohibited if you are under 21.  If you are 21 years or older you may
       drink if it's offered by family.
       家庭内での飲酒はファミリーの許可をとる。21歳以下は法律にて禁じられています。
6.    All financial arrangements between participants and families are to be made exclusively through
        Aloha Homestay.  ホスト先と直接支払の交渉又は、保証金の返金を求めたり借金の申出をしないこと。
7.    Driving a host family vehicle is not permitted.
       ホスト先の車を借用しないこと。

Aloha Homestay have the right to remove  participant  he/she does not abide by the rules of the Aloha Homestay
above mentioned.
上記、アロハホームステイルールを守らない者はアロハホームステイの権限により参加排除とし帰国又は、ホテル移動
してもらいます。その際の費用は個人/エイジェント負担としアロハホームステイへの払戻請求は出来ません。

Home country agency  are responsible for:
1.   To understand and follow the procedure of the Aloha Homestay group preparation page listed in the
      Aloha Homestay hand book. 　Aloha Homestayハンドブックにあるグループ参加研修旅行準備ページにしたがって
      お申込からお支払い、入国までの手順で行なって下さい。
2.   All financial payment must be made by money order or bank deposit.  $30 (per person based on 10 or more)
      security deposit is required and will be refunded, unless some damage is claimed.  Security deposit will be
　   returned within 60 days after program has ended.
      お支払は国際郵便為替、トラベラーズチェック又は、銀行振込にて行なう。10人以上の場合保証金1人につき＄30
      保証金をお預かりします。保証金はプログラム終了後60日以内返金。但し、ホスト先からの損害請求がない場合。
3.   Completion of application, all travel documents, a valid passport, visa, medical insurance,  agreement form
      and parent authorization form.
 　  正規パスポート、ビザ及び海外保険所持確認とアプリケーション、必要書類、同意書、保護者承諾書の確認送付。

caused by accidents and/or disasters, and waive any legal actions to collect financial damages.

ホストファミリー、アロハホームステイにはしない。
