AGREEMENT
同意書

1.    You  must be willing to abide by the house rules of your  host family and the laws of the community.  　　
       各家庭、地域においてルール、法律は必ず守ること。
2.    Applicant who smokes is to do so only outside the house unless given permission.
       喫煙はホストファミリーの許可がない限り屋外で吸う。
3.    Overseas phone calls must always be made collect or  by  phone card.
       国際電話は必ずコレクトコール又は、テレホンカードを使用する。
4.   Drinking alcoholic beverages  is prohibited if you are under 21.  If you are 21 years or older you may
       drink if it's offered by family.
       家庭内での飲酒はファミリーの許可をとる。21歳以下は法律にて禁じられています。
5.    All financial payment must be made by money order or bank deposit.  $100 security deposit will be refunded,
       unless some damage is claimed,security deposit will be returned within 60 days after program has ended.
       お支払は国際郵便為替、トラベラーズチェック又は、銀行振込にて行なう。
       保証金＄100はプログラム終了60日以内に返金。但し、ホスト先からの損害請求がない場合。
      プログラム期間中に返金請求はしない。
6.   All financial arrangements between participants and families are to be made exclusively through
      Aloha Homestay.  ホスト先と直接支払の交渉又は、保証金の返金を求めたり借金の申出をしないこと。
7.   Driving a host family vehicle is not permitted.
       ホスト先の車を借用しないこと。
8.   Aloha Homestay's staff and/or host families are not responsible for the participant's injury or
      death, caused by accidents and/or disasters, and waive any legal actions to collect financial
      damages.  自分勝手な行 動、又は、災害、災難がもとで生じた事故、怪我、病気、死亡事故に対しての責任追及
      および損害請求 はホストファミリー、アロハホームステイにはしない。
9.   Must have a valid passport, visa and medical insurance.
 　  正規のパスポート、ビザ及び海外保険を所持する。

cancelation provision
     個人申込者／団体代表者／エイジェント責任者の方へ：プログラム開始以前又は以後のキャンセルの条件。
      Payments for short term the Aloha Homestay program are non refundable.
      短期参加者: 返金は不可能。
      Of long term the Aloha Homestay program,  30 days cancellation notice is required.  2/3 or half of the
      remaining balance will be refunded.
      長期参加者: 期限30日前のキャンセルであれば1ヶ月分を引いた残金が返金可能となります。
尚、返金送金にかかる費用はい支払い頂きます。
